Bitwise and Vise Launch Crypto Model Portfolios for Wealth Advisors

According to BlockchainReporter, Bitwise Asset Management and wealth-technology platform Vise announced on September 24 the rollout of diversified crypto model portfolios to hundreds of wealth firms and over 135,000 accounts on Vise's platform. The offering allows registered investment advisers to allocate to a digital-asset class valued at roughly $2.5 trillion by Bitwise, integrating crypto exposure into the same portfolio as a client's equities and fixed income.

The models utilize Bitwise crypto-themed exchange-traded products, featuring "Core" models for broad exposure and "Thematic" portfolios emphasizing specific themes like risk-managed exposure or assets beyond bitcoin. Vise's network holds over $140 billion in assets, while Bitwise manages more than $9 billion across over 70 products. Vise co-founder Runik Mehrotra and Bitwise senior investment strategist Juan Leon provided commentary on the integration and access. Additionally, Bitwise has separately filed for a spot Chainlink ETF and constructed a real-world asset lending vault on Morpho. Neither company disclosed the exact number of advisers who have signed on to the new models.
