According to CryptoSlate, US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded their first daily outflow in more than two weeks on Sept. 30. The funds posted $148.7 million in net withdrawals, interrupting a nine-day inflow streak that brought in about $3.08 billion, per Farside Investors data cited by CryptoSlate. Fidelity’s FBTC led the outflows with $125.6 million, followed by Bitwise’s BITB at $13.6 million and BlackRock’s IBIT at $9.5 million.

CryptoSlate reported that September remained strongly positive, attracting about $2.65 billion and lifting 2026 net inflows to roughly $930 million. Bloomberg Intelligence data showed lifetime cumulative flows recovered to around $57.7 billion by late September, leaving the products roughly $5 billion short of their October 2025 peak of $62.8 billion. Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas noted that the rebound occurred despite pressure over the previous 11 months. Bitcoin traded around $83,800 early Oct. 1 as the market awaited whether the latest outflows signal a brief pause or the start of a redemption cycle.
